2. Business Use & Accounts
The website is intended for business buyers. You agree to provide accurate registration and inquiry information, keep your account credentials secure, and use the website lawfully. We may suspend accounts involved in misuse or suspected fraud.
3. Product Information & Quotations
Product descriptions, images, specifications, availability, minimum order quantities and indicative prices are for reference and may change. Submitting a purchase list or request for quotation (RFQ) does not create an order or binding sales agreement. Final prices, quantities, delivery terms and other conditions must be confirmed separately in writing.
